Every Zero Waste Daniel piece is made from 100% pre-consumer materials. Think cutting-room scraps, design-room leftovers, and unused fabrics that were headed for landfill before ever becoming clothing.

Sometimes it’s excess fabric from another brand’s order. Sometimes it was dyed the “wrong” color. Sometimes plans just changed.

We only use new, never-worn fabrics, sourced from sample factories in New York City, production studios across the U.S., and textile recycling facilities like FabScrap.
