Shipping Policy

Order processing :

Order cut-off time: 5:00 PM eastern standard time (NY). All orders purchased after 5pm will be processed on following business day. 

Order handling time:  5-14 business days (MON-FRI)

Shipping transit: 1- 5 business days  (MON -FRI) 

Shipping fee: we offer free shipping on all domestic orders for the USA

International customers are responsible for any duties associated with the purchase.

Please note that US customers receive tracking via UPS and International customers receive tracking through USPS. 

In instances where items are out of stock, information referencing delays will be posted on each individual item and/or emailed to the customer.

Canceling Orders
If you change your mind after placing an order on the website, please contact us immediately to cancel your order. We will issue a full refund provided your order has not been prepared and shipped.To cancel order conatct at mail:  info@zerowastedaniel.com  within 24 hours.

Additional

If for any reason there is a defect in our product, the customer has approximately 10 (calendar) days from the date of package RECEIPT to notify us of the defect.
